Introducing Scheduler Pro
We are excited to introduce Scheduler Pro – for patients, our new free mobile application designed to make managing your appointments more convenient than ever.
With Scheduler Pro, you can:
- Schedule new appointments anytime, from anywhere
- View and manage your upcoming appointments
The app is completely free and available for both iOS and Android devices.
How to Download the App
The easiest way is to click the link below:

Or follow these directions:
- Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad, or the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- In the search bar, type Scheduler Pro – for patients.
- Look for the official app and tap Download or Install.
Getting Started in the App
1. Choose a Method — Practice ID
Enter the Practice ID below to locate our office:

Tap the Submit button.
2. Sign In or Sign Up
- Enter the email address we have on file for you
- Enter your password
- If you cannot remember your password, select Forgot Password? to reset it.
- Enter the email address we have on file for you
- Create a secure password
- Confirm your password
- Select Sign Up
- Open the verification email and click the verification link to confirm your account
A Few Tips to Avoid Common Problems
- Use the same name, email address, and phone number we have on file for you. If the information doesn’t match our records, the app won’t be able to connect you to our office.
- Your password must include at least one capital letter, one number, and one symbol (such as ! or #). Password requirements are the most common reason sign-up doesn’t go through on the first try.
- If the verification email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
Once you are signed in and connected to our office, you’ll be able to schedule appointments and view your upcoming appointments right from the app.
