Foot Pain & Plantar Fasciitis Treatment in Grand Rapids, MN

Your feet carry you all day, and when they hurt, everything else starts to hurt too. Flat feet, high arches or a rolled ankle can change how you walk and lead to knee, hip and low back pain. We treat the foot and look at what it’s doing to the rest of you.
What We Treat
- Plantar fasciitis and heel pain
- Arch pain and flat feet
- Ankle sprains and weak, unstable ankles
- Foot pain from standing or walking all day
- Back, hip or knee pain that starts with your feet
How We Help
We check how your feet, ankles and legs move, both standing and walking. Treatment can include gentle adjustments to the foot and ankle, Graston and ART soft-tissue work, cold laser therapy, stretches you can do at home and custom orthotics when your feet need better support.
When to See a Medical Doctor First
If you can’t put weight on your foot after an injury, or you have major swelling, numbness or a wound that won’t heal, see a medical doctor first.
Common Questions
Do I need orthotics?
Not everyone does. We’ll check your feet and tell you honestly whether they’d help.
Why does my heel hurt most first thing in the morning?
That’s classic plantar fasciitis. The tissue tightens overnight and gets pulled on your first few steps. Stretching before you get out of bed helps, and so does treatment.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can come straight to us.
